The question I have is should it have been framed differently so that all of the tree is in the picture? Or is it OK that some of the branches are not in the shot?

stu-52: Love this shot. I love seeing other Olympiads on here. Shot is sweet, silhouetting is perfect. Cropping the tree tight is better here, to crop or not to crop is a question I battle with often. However, I would have gone a smidgen further to crop the shiny objects the lower right corner, and the pile of sand. Great lighting control - nice rich details in the hillside (lower left). Keep on seeing and sharing. Thanks for posting!
