Bridge in a Kyoto Garden

First scan of a color negative - this of a photo I took during a trip to Kyoto in 1998. There is no color correction here. No touch up of any type. It's just like it came out ot the scanner. Scanned at 48bit. Camera, OM-PC (now defunct) auto setting with a Zuiko 50MM 1.4 lens. Film, Kodak Royal 400 (bought in Japan) color print film.

I wish I could still get my hands on Royal 400 regularly. That was always a good inexpensive color print film. The they changed it and never again did work the same way.

Good photo and congratualtions of POD. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to add a bit of sharpening or contrast to this one to really make it pop!

Xia_Ke, thanks for the comments. Yes, the Kyoto trip was fantastic. My son and I went together for ten days.

Thanks for the comments. Yes Royal 400 was a good affordable film. Since I have just now returned to film I've been using FujiFilm Superia 400. We'll see how it does.
