I'm not really one to criticize, never having caught a bee this close before. But this is too soft. Looks like you needed more depth-of-field than the f/8 your EXIF data is showing. The color contrast between the bee and the flower is wonderful, though. The thumbnail really caught my eye.

I'm with John on this one, just a shade too soft to be really effective. However the beautiful contrasting colors are really nice.Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??
