As Larry mentioned...great composition,I couldn't agree more.The tone,mood is spot on Pam, what I really noticed is that light / shadowplay within the tree.Nice. :thumbsup:

tis great the way it is with those light and airy colors and super detail.....i love the slanted grass hill too....draws me right onto the picnic table! super hot shot and a half!!

I was led by the grace of the great Oak tree to a table - alone on the edge of a hill. I sat reflecting upon what was one incredible walk. All this is realized in this beautiful image. Well done Pam! Thanks so much for posting such complete relaxation! :-)

Thank you all! It's amazing what you can still "see" at the end of a long walk, up and down a couple of hills... My legs were tired, but this image just kept calling to me -- more to come as I have energy and time to comb through for the "good ones."
These type of oak trees, huge and healthy, are getting rare around here; too many are dead, or close to it, from disease.
