She is to centered in the frame, I would suggest cropping from the right to balence things out. Otherwise I'd have to say that this is a great, if not somewhat gusty, image. The emotion is so powerful and real. It really makes you feel for her.

This is a beaultiful and powerful photo. I would crop the unecessary; zoom in her face. Make it black & white. Put the subject to the right on the frame.
