Wow, just your distribution of those oysters made me hungry. D you have a photo of those osyters? I had my smoker fired up this weekend too. Ribs, Pulled pork and a Turkey for eh 4th of July. A lot of work but some good eating. I never thought about taking a pic inside the fire box. I'll have to give that try next time the smoker is cranked up.

Yes, there is a pic. of the oysters...I'll post it. I had to shoot the grille top with a blindingly fast shutter...the oysters disappear in the blink of an eye. :O)
