Whoah! These photos are awesome! I've never seen freestyle jetski photos before. Your timing is great and these really demonstrate the perfection of the EOS 1D Mark III - both for focus and timing. I imagine your timing is helped by shooting bursts and picking the best frame? Because you'd have to get pretty lucky to get one timed this perfectly. It could happen. But not often.

Thanks for your comments Photo-John, yes this photo is the 3rd from a burst of shots, jetski freestyle action is very fast, blink and you miss the move. I haven't had this camera very long (2 months) I am just getting to know it!
It's an awesome piece of kit, a few issues with focus tracking but CF's have an effect on this, when I master it I will review it.
