Note the way civillian air traffic is patterned / restricted.The airspace also shows a departure from SJO International.

{approx. 3/4 mile distance to the first structure} A picture frame type design,I can tell you this ->It's actually the size of a football field! That frame is the giant air intake grille for the NASA wind tunnel pictured here.
