Dashing away in flight as I rounded a bend in the road at Mackay Island Wildlife Refuge - these Heron's lift off with nearly identical wing motion and position. I shot this with my 135-400mm F4.5 APO Sigma Digital lens for 4/3 mount. A bit hefty to handhold, but had to get this shot.
