Last weekend I got to see the band OK Go at Harrah's in South Lake Tahoe. I am not a big fan but it was part of an event I was attending. They put on an awesome show! This was during their encore. It doesn't come through in this photo but that guitar, in addition to the fur, had LEDs all around the edges and lasers that shot out at the audience. It was super cool.

The show was a great way to check out the low light capability of the Nikon Coolpix S8100 pocket point-and-shoot camera I've been testing. I am really, really pleased with the photos I got at the show. To suppress the flash and get good results in low light I tried and had great success with the Night Landscape scene mode. That's how this photo was taken.
