One of two digital SLRs that Samsung introduced at PMA 2006, the GX-1L is their emtry-level model. It has a six-megapixel sensor and uses the Pentax lens mount so it can accept any Pentax 35mm or digital SLR lens. The camera will be offered as body-only or in a kit with a Schneider D-XENON 18mm-55mm lens developed especially for the GX-1L.
