Well composed,I like the POV / angle you shot this at.
I would say 1/13 was effective as there is perfect motion blur. I'm not sure about the WB,but, the cool blue tone really feels cold so in that regard I would say it's spot on..I wonder how this might look with WB adjustments? The texture, repeating patterns are quite interesting,love the contrast.

Thanks Rick, I will check on adjusting the WB. I was looking out of a 2nd story window, I thought the snow on the arbor made for an interesting shot. My neighbor just happened by as I was shooting.
