Very, very nice! My favorite yet from you! I like the juxtaposition of the quite little house with the beautiful City in the background. You have a great eye. And your composition and exposure are definitely improving. Your photos make me excited about San Francisco.
I couple things that bother me about this are the cropped tree at the top right, and what feels like an overall tight crop to me. In particular, the staircase at the bottom feels chopped. I think shooting just a little bit wider to loosen up the whole shot might have made it better.
And let me indulge in a bit of wishful thinking. What if there was a person going up the stairs or putting a key in the door? That might make it 100% perfect!
