There are some great textures in this photo. Nice composition using them and b/w is a good choice.
Pretty girl and I like the way her hair falls but perhaps not quite so much across her eyes. It breaks the framing around her face. The highlights in her eyes are oddly shaped and different in size?
I'm also wondering if you might find this photo in portrait orientation would work as well or better. Some of the leaves and other background along the sides just don't add much.
