My buddy Jake on Park City, Utah's world famous Mid Mountain Trail.

I shot this at ISO 1600 with the Nikon D4 and then pushed it hard to get what you see here. The sun was already down behind the mountains when I took this and I was struggling to keep the shutter speed fast enough to stop the action, hold the highlights in the sky, and keep the foregorund from getting too dark. A lot of Lightroom and Photoshop was used to get what you see here. And it sure didn't hurt that the D4 has very low noise at ISO 1600 and lots of dynamic range. I had a lot to work with in the original RAW file.
