Michael, thanks for the comment. The last trip to Bryce I talked to a photographer/ranger who has photographed Bryce 30,000 times in the last 2 years. Since I have always had problems with exposure at Bryce I talked to him about this and he verified what I had thought----the best place to photograph Bryce would be from the opposite side of the canyon which is not possible unless you are in a helicopter. Luckily it's such a grand view you can get by with less than excellent exposures.
