I like the shadows and the detail on this photo. Two things come to mind 1st did you consider this as a stronger vertical? And of course the left side of the nose is overexposed. Here again this could be avoided with more understanding of the metering system in your camera. Overall though you have exhibited a very good eye for comp once again.Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

nicely done dana.....i really like the crop on this one and i agree about trying a verticle exposure or two as well.....you know me though, whenever i have a really strong subject my tendacy is to get as many angles and crops as i can with an eye to being able to make the best exposure as possible then approach them all on the computer to see which works out the best then try to winnow it down from there. i like this image though...as is.
