Good use of the technique and the inclusion of the car lends an air of ambivalence that makes this photo work without it just being the result of a 'trick' of editing.
The muted tones of the photo could have been enhanced with a bit more compelling sky. Minor selective brightening or slight increase in color saturation of the clouds could have accomplished that fairly easily. Its a trade off between over processing and effectiveness in some cases.
Concavity in the buildings bothered me at first, but then I decided it added more than it detracted from this photograph. In future experiments with this technique, you might want to consider a more radical bend or straightening of the mirrored results to see how it works for your presentation.
