Good composition, well done. However, I find the lighting a bit flat and it seems a bit out of focus. Nothing that couldn't be spruced up a tad with photoshop. I think if those changes were made it would be a bit better. Nice shot however, and I hope I dont sound harsh, just trying to help.
I do not agree with out of focus idea because the camera the author used can’t take out of focus photos. The lens has a too small aperture by design. It can take shaken photos but if you look at the grill in the fountain this is not the case. What is sure is that the lens it self generates distortion at the margins of the photo witch means is not a very good one. But with this kind of camera (point and shoot) this problem comes by nature.
The light is not flat but soft. I think it is appropriate. It’s a question of taste. I love the photo.

It looks soft to me as well as you venture further from the center, which coincides with the grill. But I do like the shot very much. Good eye!
