Thanks Dan, I usually don't shot at ISO 10,000 but to avoid flash and ruining everyone's vision in the cave I shot at both 10,000 and 12,800 ISO and was surprised at the quality I got. Oh it helped to have a VR lens also.Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??
