Mike did you try any low angle shots(camera on the ground)? At this angle your missing out on some sweet lines, depth.Nice color, texture.Great find..work-it!

thank you all very much! dana and rick, you both gave me good ideas and i appreciate it muchly. will cut off the top and see how it looks dana and rick, that is an angle that i hardly ever remember to try and it's always a good option so i appreciate you bringing it to my attention, i will begin to employ that more often.
