Thanks Larry, It's the clear sort of clean air and the altitude., I live at 7000 ft, My scanner just doesn't seem to really do justice to some of the colors we get .So I get a lot of guff sometimes about colorizing my photo's.But I don't even own a photo program.

:blush2: That's one of the things I strive to achive in all my photography, also i've always tried to make the viewer feel as if there standing in the midst of my photo's. I've never really succeeded of coarse and a lot of my work is viewed with blind eyes. but as an old time purist I keep plugging away. Maybe i'll get it right in my next sixty years of photography.
