Description}: I took a picture and had nothing special; so i decided to modify it in photoshop. I cleared the backgound (was white) with magic wand tool, desaturate, changed levels, added blue photo filter and then mixed up effects like: glass, plastic wrap, wind, diffuse glow. In the end I added the shadow. I created another layer, with black background.adding lightning effects. have a nice day!
