So Young and So Full Of Life

Description}: This picture was taken at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. The backdrop of the football stadium is real. The photo was taken using a strobe with appropriate settings to balance the subjects in the foreground against the football stadium background. What this shot evokes in me (and why it is a favorite of mine), is a group of college students who are having the times of their lives, unencumbered by the demands and pressures of life that probably await most of them after they graduate. Twenty years from now they may look at this picture, remember this day, and realize how they were "so young and so full of life".

Description}: I shot this picture just before sunset using a polarizing lens at the 18mm setting. Although I enhanced the picture in Photoshop, no additional sharpening was performed in post processing.
