Description}: Taken with the Pin Hole Art Filter and 6x6 aspect ratio with the Olympus E-P1. Then I converted it to B&W with a Photoshop CS3 Black & White adjustment layer. For those of you old enough to remember, the tone here is harking back to Agfa Portriga Rapid warm tone black and white paper. I loved that stuff when I was in college.

Unlike filters on other digital cameras, which are applied after a photo has been taken, the Olympus Art Filters work more like Scene Modes, incorporating metering, camera settings, and in-camera processing to make a better creative image at exposure. You can shoot RAW + JPEG and you'll get an untouched RAW image to work with, too.

Description}: The church my wife and I go to has a labyrinth on its grounds, which I have wanted to photograph for sometime now. Labyrinths are rather popular that there is a site dedicated to locating them worldwide, <a href="http://wwll.veriditas.labyrinthsociety.org/home">wwll.veriditas.labyrinthsociety.org/home</a> There is a lot of symbolgy in labyrinths that I was unaware of until lately, which can be as indivudal and as personal as art, so I will leave it up to you take what you will from my photograph. Description}: Photo of a singletrack bridge while mountain biking in Michigan. Lately, I've been stuffing a Holga loaded with some expired 35 mm film into my Camelbak as I head out into the woods. No Photoshop voodoo here. I guess I like the look although it was totally unexpected. Maybe in the future I can exploit the green to blue shift... Boy Scouts built this bridge as part of a merit badge project.

This is the only record of my first flight {camera shut off mid flight) The battery door fell off of the camera pod :O( I had just made a hard right turn, flown between 2 tall trees, was headed back toward the airfield @ approx. 200 foot altitude. Description}: A radio control Jet {ducted fan} A.W.A.C replica Manufactured by Estes industries.Model XB-39 Eagle Eye. A real on board in- flight digital camera. Takes 20 pictures per flight. The camera is located in the AWAC radar disc above the fuselage.The lense has a penta prism mirror at a 45 degree angle.The shutter is controlled while in flight via Radio Control. Photos are captured as jpeg.@ 680x480 24 bit. Pictures stored onto the onboard USB Flash drive, downloaded into computer post flight. Today was the first flight, I had technical difficulties with aiming the camera ( I captured only 2 usable photos ) See Eagle eye posting. FUN
