Description}: I could never get the hang of panning with the A350. It doesn't help that the kit lens is quite slow -- there isn't a kit lens I've used that can do much better. You can see here that I hit the rider's hip instead of his face, which leads to the forward blur.

Description}: I fully zoomed in at 7x and shot my dog sitting in a field. It gives a good gauge of how much sharpening the Stylus 1020 applies to its image: check the grass detail as well as the metal collar.

Description}: Olympus Stylus 1020 Super Macro Mode and slow shutter speed test shot. The Stylus 1020 can shoot at close as 0.79", but I bit further back for this photo. This was a wine bottle lit only by the light in my wine fridge and I stabilized the camera by pressing it against the glass.

Description}: Olympus Stylus 1020 Super Macro Mode test image. With a focusing range as close as 0.79", the Stylus 1020 is fun to shove right into a flower. This image was shot with window light at ISO 800! Though grainy, there's very color noise. NOTE: I like the softness, but I probably should have shot with some more available light.
